The Betrayal of East Pakistan Gen Niazi
The Betrayal of East Pakistan Gen Niazi
The Betrayal of East Pakistan By Lt. Gen. A. A. K. Niazi
Lieutenant General A. A. K. Niazi of the Eastern Command was the man whose fate it was to direct the operation which resulted in the dismemberment of Pakistan. Many books have been written about that unforgettable year in Pakistan’s history, 1971, and the terrible events that it spawned. But finally one of the main actors of the drama has volunteered his own account of the events leading to the disaster.
This book fills a huge gap in the recorded history of the period, which could hardly be considered complete or authentic without the contribution of such a major protagonist.

Book is very informative , and Best for understanding East Pakistan Situation in 1970.
The Pakistani nation only thinks that General Niazi is responsible for the defeat. Many facts have also been stated in the Hamud-ur-Rehman Commission report. General Niazi is dedicated in this book. He has an opinion of his own. However, why did Pakistan break up? Reading this book is also necessary to understand it. I am also thankful to AJN Books, who are selling good books. The most important thing is that they send the original editions of the books. Farhat Saeed, DHA Karachi
